New Top Coat Superstar Shiny (scratch-free) is a general purpose, self-leveling, non-sticky top coat. Specially formulated to protect paint and provide a beautiful shine.

It has a medium fluidity and thick consistency. It does not change color, does not yellow in white and light shades and does not turn blue in black and dark shades.
