  Application

  1. Do your semi-permanent manicure as usual, with the base, the Semi-permanent polish and no-wipe top coat.
  2. Apply the powder to the nail with an eyeshadow brush.
  3. Repeat until you are satisfied with the result.
  4. Secure with top coat.
