The process is so simple:

1. Once you find the product, click the “ADD TO CART” button or click the button with cart icon
2. Go to Cart by pressing cart icon
3. Press the red button Checkout at the bottom of the page
4. Upon completion of the purchase you will be asked to fill in the delivery details, shipping and payment methods
5. Submit your order pressing “PLACE ORDER” button afterwards you’ll receive e-mail confirmation.

That’s all! Our manager will contact you for order confirmation to ship it immediately.

All the orders may shipp to your place by a cooperating courier company. We also ship via mail to your post office. Shipping charges varies depending on the shipping method.

• Courier: €7.30 up to 1 kg. For every extra kilo the charge is €0.60
• Post: €15.00 up to 2 kg. For every extra kilo the charge is €4.00

• Attiki and land destinations – Delivery within 1-2 working days
• Island destinations — Delivery within 1-3 working days

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Product can only be returned in the following cases:

• That is defective
• That is not what the customer ordered
• It must not be used, worn, washed, modified
• There is a receipt

For any other reason will won’t accept returns. Therefore it is recommended to contact us for any question before ordering. Finally, upon receipt of your order, check the product(s) any defects that may exist so that we can replace them at once.

In case the customer returns a product, which he does not want, with a charge of the company and not his own, then the total cost of the entire shipment is charged, i.e. shipping charge + return charge with the respective invoicing from the cooperating courier company, with minimum cost €5.00. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order which will be returned to the customer’s bank account.
