Cures in a UV / LED lamp
The surface must be matt and smooth
Finish with TOP Coat No-Cleanser
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
- We treat the nails on the hands or feet and start applying the semi-permanent varnish.
- After the second layer of the semi-permanent color we have chosen, we remove the sticky surface with a cleaner and use a buffer to "wild" it slightly.
- We design our nail art
- Finally, finish with Non Wipe Top Coat for a glossy finish.
