• 5-year warranty on good operation. For the validity of the warranty, keep the original packaging of the product.
• The warranty provided on all Saeyang wheel models only concerns the mechanical parts (motor – unit) and does not include the pen.
• The device warranty is the receipt or purchase invoice and begins from the date of receipt of the device.
• For the warranty to be valid after the first year, the wheel must be brought in for annual maintenance at the company's service center. Shipping and collection costs from the service center are the responsibility of the customer.
• Important: If the device has been processed by a technician other than our authorized representative, the warranty is void.

We provide our customers with authentic Saeyang Marathon wheels. All Saeyang Marathon Microtech wheels have an authentic serial number printed on the bottom of the wheel.

The customer can check the authenticity of the wheel by sending the serial number to the official website of the factory in Korea: www.saeyang.com

On the back of the wheel there is a switch that controls the volts.

This particular switch should always show 220 volts and under no circumstances 110 volts.
