Features of hair removal of different areas of the face

Eyebrows

• Use a small spatula to create thin, defined edges.
• Gently press the spatula, this will allow you to collect all the hairs and fix them to the application with wax.
• For better stabilization of the skin, it is recommended to split a long application into two short ones.

Area above the upper lip

• To tighten the skin, tighten the upper lip.
• When applying wax, hold the spatula perpendicular to the skin, so the hairs will rise and the hold will be stronger.
• Try not to wax the lip area, this can lead to peeling.
• When reapplying wax, choose the opposite direction from the first application.

Side burns/temporal area

• When removing hairs larger than 5 mm, it is recommended to apply wax in the direction of hair growth and remove against hair growth.
• For large areas of the face, use a medium spatula.
• Make sure you use talcum powder before reapplying wax.

• Instructions for use of ItalWax Selfie wax

  1. Heat the wax in a heater to +38-40°C.
  2. Treat the waxing area with a special lotion before waxing.
  3. Apply a small amount of talcum powder.
  4. Take the required amount of wax with a spatula and apply regardless of the direction of hair growth. Press the spatula firmly against the skin, trying to catch all the hairs. Use a narrow spatula.
  5. Bring the end of the wax application to an area with less hair.
  6. Lift the tip of the app above the skin so you can then grab it.
  7. After 5-6 seconds, make sure the wax has hardened.
  8. Secure the skin at the site of the tear.
  9. Grasp the edge of the application and remove the wax with a sharp movement in the opposite direction from the application.
  10. Repeat the process in the next section.
  11. After waxing, treat the skin with a soothing agent.
