The dry heat sterilizer ULKA Jupiter 10V is one of the best ovens on the market, it has a classic rectangular shape, it has no analogues in the size-capacity ratio: it allows you to receive 9 to 12 sets of sterilized tools per hour or 6 to 9 kraft bags. The sterilizer is equipped with 3 horizontal sections, such an arrangement of shelves allows safe placement and retrieval of instruments. The dryer has three automatic sterilization modes, which are set using a button on the front of the case. The front panel of the oven is equipped with two digital displays that show the time and remaining temperature.

ÜLKA’s hot air oven chamber is made of heat-resistant stainless steel, so the dry heat will last a long time. The service life is 50,000 hours of continuous operation, which also indicates the durability and wear resistance of the dryer.

An important advantage of the ULKA Jupiter over is electronic control and automatic control — certified programs are set in the drying oven – the automatic drying oven turns on independently after setting the temperature and time and turns off independently after the treatment is completed. Semi-automatic models require manual adjustment, which is inconvenient.

Similar Chinese models are often equipped with a mechanical timer and thermometer, which do not always work properly and can either overheat or not reheat the tools, which leads to wear due to overheating of the metal (the tools wear out and then deform, wear out faster) or improper sterilization. The ÜLKA Jupiter 10V oven is also equipped with a convection fan, which helps to evenly distribute the temperature inside the sterilization chamber ‚ many models of dry heat sterilizers do not have such a fan, which leads to uneven heating and, as a result, overheating in some points and improper sterilization in others. The ULKA Jupiter Sterilizer is protected from overheating, hot air is distributed evenly throughout the chamber.

It reaches the temperature for sterilization in just 10-15 minutes. It works in three automatic modes, + tool drying mode:

• 200 °C – 30 minutes,
• 180 °C – 60 minutes,
• 160 ° C – 150 minutes.
• 80 °C – 30 minutes (drying)
