  Application

  1. Sprinkle the powder on the semi-permanent varnish you have applied (preferably black), covered with a layer of Top Coat No Wipe.
  2. After the polymerization, the reflective effect will appear.
  3. Gently remove the excess dust with a dust brush and you are ready!

  For a more flawless glow of the Reflective Effect, it is recommended to use the No-Sticky Mirror Top MollyLac 10ml and polymerize it in a UV / LED lamp.
